Leads the team. Provides the strategy for sales and marketing. Ensures team have right resources to do their jobs effectively. Maintains productive relationships with senior staff in DNOs/IDNOs and major repeat business clients.
Takes projects from acceptance and ensures that connections are built and delivered on time. Carries out all procurement and programming of resources/selection and engagement of any sub-contractor we may use. Manages the all-important interface with the DNO Operational Delivery teams.
Looks after all pre-contract phases of a project work including design, estimating quoting and obtaining acceptance. Particular focus on working with Clients and establishing the exact solution they need for a connection.
Business Development Executive
Leads on identifying and bringing in new leads and sales & marketing including social media presence. Also has a focus on obtaining substation leases and cable wayleave agreements and
producing the team’s AutoCAD drawings.
Provides the team expertise in all civil engineering matters. Assesses cable laying elements of projects and gives estimates of cost and any special considerations for traffic management or local authority issues. Supervises the cable installation on all projects.
